Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Eastport South Manor H.S. for coach Justin White…senior captain…earned All-League accolades in 2008…named the team’s Unsung Hero in 2010…played for the Long Island Yellow Jackets club lacrosse team…four-year member and senior captain of the cross country team…member of National Honor Society and was the National Spanish Honor Society treasurer.

Personal: Daughter of Joe and Nicole Amendola…has one brother (Joey) and two sisters (Adrianna and Vanessa)…sister, Adrianna, plays lacrosse at Yale (Class of 2013)…a Visual Art History major.
