Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Ill....team captain as a senior...team won the State Championship in 2004, 2005 and 2006, while it was State Runner-Ups in 2007...earned Academic All-American and All-State honors...received first team all-state tournament, all-conference and Senior All-Star accolades...as a senior she led the state in interceptions, while she was third in the state in ground balls...was named her team's Defensive MVP in 2004...also a two-year member of the varsity basketball team...Student Council Class Representative...a four-time Dumbach Scholar...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of John and Eileen Murray...her father was a member of the Holy Cross cross country team and graduated in 1977...has one brother, Matt, and two sisters, Katie and Kelly...her brother was a member of the track & field team at John Hopkins, while her sister Katie, swam at Marquette...majoring in Economics & Accounting.
