2011-2012: Studied
abroad in Ireland.
2010-2011: Member of the club eight boat at the
40th Schuylkill Regatta (Oct. 30) as the team tied for first out of
39 teams for the points trophy...rowed for the second varsity eight
in all 10 spring regattas…part of the second varsity eight
which defeated New Hampshire (April 2) and Simmons (April 3) in
dual-races…helped the second varsity eight to third place
finishes at the Patriot League Championship and the New England
Championship...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2009-2010: Member of the novice eight and third
varsity eight…part of a third varsity eight boat that won a
race versus Simmons and Smith (March 28)…member of the
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity rowing
team for six seasons at Shaker H.S. for coach Drue
Spallholz...senior captain...earned 2007 team MVP honors...during
2008-2009, she was a member of the varsity eight that placed fourth
in Section II...during 2007-2008, she rowed for the varsity eight
that placed third in Section II and finished fourth at the New York
State Championship as they went on to compete at the SRAA
Scholastic National Championship... during 2006-2007, she was a
member of the varsity eight that placed third in Section II and was
a member of the varsity four that placed fourth at the New York
State Championship and qualified for the SRAA Scholastic National
Championship...was Co-Chair of Student Government as a
senior...member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of James and Megan
Grenier...has one brother (Jim) and two sisters (Jackie and
Melissa)...her brother rowed at Syracuse...an English major.
