Before Holy Cross: Rowed for the New York Rowing Association for coach Thomas Curry…four-year member of the varsity swimming team at Immaculate Heart Academy…won the Coach’s Award as a junior…team won the league title, the county title and the state title in all four seasons…student body president…member of National Honor Society, French Honor Society and the Christian Action Reaching Everyone service organization…as a junior, won the George Eastman Young Leaders Award for achievement and leadership…as a senior, won the James and Pauline Hackbarth Foundation Award and the Dorothy and Jack McKenna Memorial Award.

Personal: Daughter of Thomas and Laura Hynes…has one brother (Matthew) and one sister (Kathleen)…brother, Matthew, was a four-year member of the swimming team at Holy Cross (Class of 2011)...has not yet declared a major.
