Women’s Rowing Competes At Snake Regatta

WORCESTER, Mass. – The varsity eight placed third out of 22 boats as the Holy Cross women's rowing team competed at the Snake Regatta on Lake Quinsigamond.

Wellesley won the varsity eight race with a time of 16:08.233, while WPI finished second with a time of 16:10.101. The Crusaders placed third with a time of 16:18.214, while the Crusaders' second varsity was 10th in the race with a time of 17:20.868.

The Crusaders' novice eight boat placed sixth out of 20 boats with a time of 19:05.495, while WPI won the race with a time of 17:46.169 and Wellesley placed second with a time of 17:59.037.

The Crusaders return to action on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 19-20, when they compete at the Head of the Charles Regatta.
