Women's Tennis Selected Seventh In Patriot League Preseason Poll

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross women's tennis team was tabbed to finish seventh in the 2013 Patriot League preseason poll as voted on by sports information directors and head coaches from around the league. 2012 Patriot League Champion Army was chosen to repeat this season, as it earned 69 points and nine first place votes.

Navy was picked to finish second in the poll with 65 total points and five first place votes. Rounding out the poll was Bucknell (49 points), Colgate (42 points), Lehigh (35 points), Lafayette (19 points) and Holy Cross (15 points).

After going 2-2 during the fall season, the Crusaders will begin their spring schedule on Feb. 10 when they travel to Southern New Hampshire.
