2009: Ran a personal-best time of 19:28.42 in the 5,000 at the Northeastern Spring Open (March 21)...had a personal-best time of 11:34.13 in the 3,000 at the Reebok Indoor Games (Jan. 30)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2008: Ran a personal-best time of 2:39.80 in the 800 and 5:20.29 in the 1,500 at the Husky Invitational (April 12).

2007: Ran a season-best time of 11:47.60 in the 3,000 at the Reebok Indoor Games (Jan. 26)...ran a season-best time of 19:52.93 in the 5,000 at Brown (April 29).
