2011: Competed in the 200, 300, 400, 400 hurdles, 800, 4x400 and long jump…ran a season-best 2:40.67 in the 800 at the Crowell Open (Jan. 7)…was part of the fourth place 4x400 relay team at New Hampshire (Jan. 22)…recorded a season-best long jump of 4.84 meters at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 19)…posted a time of 1:10.63 in the 400 hurdles at the Brown Springtime Open (May 1).

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity track and field team at Kinnelon H.S...team captain junior and senior year...team was conference champions in 2009 and 2010...was a state sectional champion in the long jump in 2009...named second team All-Conference junior and senior year...also a member of the varsity soccer team...team captain senior year...team was group 1 state champions in 2006, Colonial Hills Conference champions in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and Morris County champions in 2008 and 2009...named second team All-Conference junior and senior year...member of National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and Latin Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Kathy Flood...has one sister (Meaghan)...Meaghan plays soccer and lacrosse at Middlebury College...majoring in Biology.
