2011: Competed in the 55, 60, 100, 200, 300, 400, 4x100 and 4x400…ran a career-best time of 7.42 seconds in the 55 at New Hampshire (Jan. 22)…posted a career-best distance of 4.96 meters in the long jump at Maine (Feb. 5)…part of the first place 4x100 meter relay team at the AIC Invitational (April 2) and the Brown Springtime Open (May 1)…ran a season-best 12.72 seconds at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 6) in the 100…earned AT&T Crusader of the week (Dec. 13).

2010: Competed in the 55, 60, 100, 200 and long jump...earned first team All-Patriot League honors as a member of the winning 4x100 relay team at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship...placed third overall in the 55 with a season-best time of 7.48 seconds in the dual meet against UNH... placed third overall in the 100 with a season-best time of 12.62 seconds at the UMass Spring Meet...placed fifth overall in the long jump at the RPI Outdoor Early Invitational with a season-best distance of 4.83 meters.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the varsity track and field team at Milford H.S...team captain junior and senior year...named team MVP in 2009...was class I and state outdoor champion in the 100 and 200 in 2009...state indoor champion in the 55 in 2009...member of the class I 4x200 relay  team that was indoor champion in 2009...also a member of the 4x200 relay team that was class I outdoor champion in 2008 and 2009...named Nashua Telegraph first team All-State team 2008, Player of the Year in 2009 and Student-Athlete of the year in 2009...also a four year member of the varsity soccer and basketball teams...member of the executive student council...vice president of the Athletic Association.     

Personal: Daughter of John and Debbie Forte...has one brother (John) and one sister (Larissa)...cousin Andrea Canuel graduated from Holy Cross in 2006...majoring in Psychology and English.
