Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Bay Shore H.S...team captain in 2009...named to the Academic All-County team in 2009...named All-Division in 2007...team won the league championship and division championship from 2005-2008...received the NYS Scholar Athlete Award 2005-2009...also a member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...team captain senior year...indoor team was league champions 2005-2010 and county champions 2005-2010...received the NYS Scholar Athlete Award 2005-2010...outdoor team was league champions 2007-2010 and county champions in 2009...received NYS Scholar Athlete Award 2007-2010...member of  National Honor Society...member of the Honor Roll 2007-2010...received the President’s Award for Educational Excellence in 2010.

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Georgette Tiedemann...has one brother (Paul)...majoring in Biology...also a member of the Holy Cross cross country team.
