2012: Competed in the high jump and long jump…posted career-best marks in the high jump (1.55m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 21) and long jump (4.40m) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 7)…high jump height was a team-high for the outdoor season…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Competed in the 55, 55 hurdles, 60 hurdles, 100 hurdles, 200, 300, high jump and long jump…placed 13th in the 55 meter hurdles at the Brown Alden Invitational (Dec. 4) with a time of 9.84…recorded a season-best 200 meter dash of 29.02 at the Boston Indoor Games (Jan. 28)…ran a season-best time of 18.40 at the AIC Invitational (April 2) in the 100 meter hurdles…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity track and field team at Thayer Academy...team captain senior year...received ISL honorable mention senior year...also a member of the varsity soccer team...team was ISL semi-finalists in 2009...member of the student government...volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

Personal: Daughter of Frank and Susan DeCoste...has two sisters (Leah and Carly)...Carly is a member of the track and field team at Colby College...majoring in Economics.
