Shipping Rates
and Policies
There is a flat $8 shipping fee for orders within the continental
United States. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. For
orders outside the continental United States, please contact us at
store@prestosports.com for shipping rate.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
Exchanges: Holy Cross will exchange any brand new (never worn or
used) item within 30 days of the sale date, provided that the item
is available in the requested style, size and color. Shipping costs
to exchange the item are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item sought is not available, we will make every reasonable
attempt to order it; however, if it is no longer available, the
buyer will receive a credit in the amount of the value of the
original purchase price.
Returns: Returns are offered within 10 days of the delivery date
and only when the customer has contacted us at
store@prestosports.com to obtain a refund. Instructions will be
given to you at that time on where to ship your return. Buyer is
responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back to the
vendor. Returns will take 60-90 days to process from receipt of the
item and will only be accepted and processed if the merchandise has
not been worn or washed.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of
shipping the original item will not be refunded.
