Kacie Lewis is in her second seasonas an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Holy Cross in2014-2015.

Lewis comes to Holy Cross after four years as a member of thewomen’s lacrosse team at UConn where she served as teamcaptain in 2012 and 2013. Over Lewis’ four years on the team,the Huskies’ record improved every year, culminating in a13-5 record and a NCAA Tournament appearance in her final season.This was the program’s first-ever trip to the NCAATournament.

A native of San Diego, Calif.,Lewis began her coaching career in 2010 as the coach of the SanDiego Lax Dawgs club lacrosse team. She went on to serve as acounselor for lacrosse camps at USC, Duke, Stanford, Brown,Princeton, Georgetown and UConn at different periods from 2011through 2013. She was co-director of the Starhill Clinic inTolland, Conn. from 2011- 2013. In 2013, Lewis’ final seasonat UConn, she served as the intern to the head coach under coachKatie Woods.

Lewis, who was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee,earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013.
