Women's Rowing Releases 2018 Spring Schedule
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross head women’s rowing coach Patrick Diggins and director of athletics Nathan Pine have announced the Crusaders’ schedule for the 2018 season. Holy Cross will participate in seven races through the spring season, including three home races at Lake Quinsigamond.
Holy Cross will kick off its spring season on March 31 at the Murphy Cup in Philadelphia, Pa. The Crusaders will then host back-to-back home races, with Colgate coming to Lake Quinsigamond on April 7 and then on April 8, Boston College and Connecticut come to Worcester.
The Crusaders will travel to Mercer, N.J. to race in the Knecht Cup on April 14 & 15 and then move on to the Cherry Hill Invitational on April 21 in Cherry Hill, N.J. Bucknell, Connecticut, Georgetown, Jacksonville, Marist, MIT, Rutgers, SMU, and Fordham will join Holy Cross at the Invitational.
On April 29, Holy Cross will host the Women's Eastern Sprints at Quinsigamond, where it will conclude the regular season.
The Crusaders will then travel to Cherry Hill, N.J. for the Patriot League Championships on Friday, May 11.
