Holy Cross Athletics Ticket Office is located at the Luth Athletic Complex on the campus of the College of the Holy Cross. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.

What time does the box office open for an event?
The box office will open 1 hour prior to the start of any ticketed event held at the Hart Center inside the Luth Athletic Complex. Tickets are always available online 24/7 for ticketed events if you are unable to call during business hours. We strongly encourgage Print-At-Home tickets to save you from waiting in line!
For home football games the Holy Cross Ticket Office will open 3 hours prior to gametime at Fitton Field on the baseball field concourse.
How do I access my Print-At-Home tickets?
When you select Print-At-Home for the shipping method for your tickets, you should receive an email with a PDF of your tickets attached no more than 3 minutes after you complete your purchase. Open your PDF and print. You can also log into your account at GoHolyCross.com/tickets and select "My Purchase History." Then select your order and click on "Print your Tickets." Your computer will then begin downloading a PDF of your tickets. Open the PDF and print. If you have tried this and are still having issues contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS.
Where is Will Call located?
If you have purchased tickets online and wish to pick them up at will call please visit the service window just inside the main lobby of the Luth Athletic Complex. On the day of an event will call will open 1 hour prior to gametime. Football will call is located just outside Gate A of Fitton Field and will open 3 hours prior to gametime.
Are tickets refundable or can I exchange them for a different event?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at College of the Holy Cross. However, Holy Cross Season Ticket Holders are able to exchange their unused tickets for additional tickets to future events in the same sport. For example, a Men's Basketball season ticket holder can exchange an unused ticket for a future Men's Basketball event*, but not a Women's Basketball event. To exchange unused season tickets contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office in advance of the game.

How do I renew my season tickets and parking?
Depending on the time of the year, you will be able to renew your season tickets online simply by logging into your account at GoHolyCross.com/tickets and selecting "Pay for Tickets." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your renewal. If you are looking to change your seat location or want to renew prior to it being available online, contact Anthony Moore at 508-793-3427 or contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office.

What is the parking cost at sporting events?
Holy Cross Football is the only sport that charges for parking, and prices are as follows:

I am a renewing season ticket holder and want to change my parking location. How do I submit a request?
You may submit any upgrade requests in the “Customer Comments” box when RENEWING online. We also welcome you to call the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS to submit your request over the phone. Please note: Submitting a request DOES NOT guarantee to be fulfilled in your desired location.
Does submitting a parking upgrade request guarantee to be fulfilled?
It DOES NOT. However, all parking upgrade requests are thoroughly reviewed for consideration. All parking upgrade requests are fulfilled based upon availability of the desired
location and priority level.
How do I guarantee the best seats for the Football game at Boston College?
Tickets for our first game at Boston College since 1986 will go ON-SALE at a later date. Season Ticket Holders will receive priority first-access before the general public as an added BENEFIT to guarantee they get the best seats in the house! Seats will be allocated based upon availability, priority level, and order date. To guarantee you get first access please be sure to RENEW your season tickets package prior the renewaldeadline on May 1!
