Tyler Sparling Named to Patriot League All-Academic Team
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross women’s rowing senior Tyler Sparling was selected to the 2019 Patriot League All-Academic Team for the second-consecutive time in her career. Sparling is one of just 11 rowing student-athletes from around the league to earn the honor. She was also named to the All-Academic team in 2018.
Sparling raced in the varsity eight boat in each of the Crusaders’ races in the spring season. The senior was a member of the varsity eight boat that defeated Colgate on April 6. She holds a 3.95 cumulative GPA as a biology major. Sparling is also a two-time CRCA National Scholar-Athlete (2017, 2018).
