Patriot League Men's Track And Field Indoor Preseason Poll Announced
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross has been selected to finish sixth in the 2016-2017 men’s track and field indoor Patriot League preseason poll, as voted by the league’s head coaches and media relations directors. The Crusaders received 51 points in the voting process.
With 128 points and 16 first-place votes, Navy finished at the top of the poll with Boston University behind the Midshipmen in second with a solo first-place vote and 109 points. Following the Terriers in third place was Army West Point with 103 points and one first-place vote. Bucknell took fourth place with 85 points, as Lehigh captured the fifth-place spot with 75 points to round off the top five. Holy Cross finished sixth with 51 points, Lafayette was seventh with 42 points, American was eighth with 26 points and Colgate took ninth with 19 points.

The Crusaders return to action after break on Jan. 14, when Holy Cross competes at the Tiger Invitational in Boston.
