Women's Tennis Earns Eight Spots On Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. – Eight members of the Holy Cross women’s tennis team were named to the 2018 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league on Tuesday. Junior Caroline Kam led the way for the Crusaders, posting a 4.00 GPA for the spring semester to earn her third-straight honor roll selection.
Also making their third appearance on the honor roll were junior Fiona Busser and senior Katie Elia. Junior Allison Reiling and sophomore Emma DeFrancesco were both selected for the second time in their careers. Three student-athletes earned the honor for the first time, including senior Meghan Lewis, junior Jennifer Kary and freshman Jenna Tubby.
A total of 75 student-athletes from women's tennis teams around the league earned spots on this year's Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade point average of 3.20 or better during the spring semester.
